ImGenius, ImGenius Prime and ImGenius Basic are game apps developed by Ardvantage Limited (referred to in the second person (as ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’) hereafter).
What data do we collect?
We collect the following data:
- Personal identification information (name, email address)
How do we collect the data?
You directly provide us with the most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:
- Contact us by email, and social media such as Facebook
- Purchase the app from the App Store
- Participate in testing of the app via TestFlight
How will we use your data?
We collect your data so that:
- We can respond to your feedback, queries and suggestions
- We can tell you about improvements and new versions of the app
- We can let you know about new applications we are developing that may be of interest to you
- We can offer you discounts and special terms on our products
How do we store your data?
We store your data on our secure web and email servers, and other computers. Some information is also stored securely on the Apple servers provisioning the App Store (privacy policy) and TestFlight (privacy policy).
We do not delete data after a set period as we may need to get in touch with you well after a query has been made. We may occasionally delete old data to reduce and organize storage.
Marketing
We may occasionally use the information you provided to notify you about software updates, new products and special offers.
We do not provide your information to third parties. However information conveyed via TestFlight (privacy policy) and the App Store (privacy policy) will, by default be available to Apple and subject to their privacy policies.
What are your data protection rights?
We would like to make you fully aware of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request us for copies of your personal data. We may charge a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that we complete information you believe is incomplete.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of you personal data, under certain conditions1.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to us processing your personal data, under certain conditions1.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the data we have collected about you to another organization or directly to you, under certain conditions1.
